The Opportunity

At the Center of Excellence (CoE), we are seeking a Controlling & Planning Analyst with a focus on data analytics and visualization tools. This role is key in transforming financial data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

How You'll Make An Impact

1. Data analytics: demand order, commissions, reports, KPIs
2. PowerBI setup, maintenance, and support
3. Rebates and Co-op funding calculation and monitoring
4. Process automation
5. Ad-hoc tasks
6. Perform process activities across divisions, functions, and countries
7. Ensure timely execution of tasks, address issues independently, and support resolution
8. Identify and recommend process improvements
9. Apply process standards and procedures
10. Collaborate with process specialists and team members for timely, accurate activity completion
11. Suggest changes to improve process performance
12. Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs
13. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
14. Support Process Specialist in additional activities as needed

Your Background

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
2. Fluent in English and the local language
3. Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling
4. Experience in service delivery environments
5. Skills in data analytics, PowerBI, and process automation
6. Strong process understanding from both content and IT perspectives
7. Knowledge of Shared Service setups and interconnections
8. Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize
11. Detail-oriented and structured approach
12. Proficient in MS Office and IT systems such as ERP (SAP), Planning & Reporting tools
13. Understanding of end-to-end processes, systems, and data flows
14. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
