The Opportunity
At the Center of Excellence (CoE), we are seeking a Controlling & Planning Analyst with a focus on data analytics and visualization tools. This role is key in transforming financial data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Data analytics: demand order, commissions, reports, KPIs
- PowerBI setup, maintenance, and support
- Rebates and Co-op funding calculation and monitoring
- Process automation
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Perform process activities across divisions, functions, and countries
- Ensure timely execution of tasks, address issues independently, and support resolution
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Apply process standards and procedures
- Collaborate with process specialists and team members for timely, accurate activity completion
- Suggest changes to improve process performance
- Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support Process Specialist in additional activities as needed
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Fluent in English and the local language
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling
- Experience in service delivery environments
- Skills in data analytics, PowerBI, and process automation
- Strong process understanding from both content and IT perspectives
- Knowledge of Shared Service setups and interconnections
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Detail-oriented and structured approach
- Proficient in MS Office and IT systems such as ERP (SAP), Planning & Reporting tools
- Understanding of end-to-end processes, systems, and data flows
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
