El candidato ideal tendrá más de 8 años de experiencia, será CPA y deberá tener un sólido conocimiento de las normas US GAAP y las regulaciones fiscales locales. Se ofrece un salario bruto entre $80,000 y $90,000, con un esquema híbrido y oportunidades de crecimiento en un entorno global dinámico.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir las funciones de contabilidad y control, asegurando procesos estandarizados.
• Coordinar actividades entre Finanzas, Contabilidad y otras funciones relacionadas.

• Lead the Accounting and Controlling functions, ensuring the implementation of standardized and efficient business processes that strengthen the Shared Service Center
• Serve as the main coordinator to align activities across Finance, Accounting and Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other related functions
• Deliver financial support to Business Finance and Operations Finance by providing guidance and accurate, timely reporting under US GAAP and Local GAAP
• Lead and manage all areas related to Accounting, Auditing, and Controllership
• Ensure on-time compliance with statutory, tax, and corporate policy requirements in regional LATAM entities
• Lead the review of the Balance Sheet and P&L for taking ownership of all related processes, explaining variances, and mitigating identified risks
• Lead SOX compliance to ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Perfil buscado

• Certified Public Accountant
• +8 years experience in accounting and reporting functions
• Solid background in Shared Service Center environments with regional LATAM scope
• Fluent in English is a must and Portuguese is desirable
• Solid background working under US GAAP standards
• Deep understanding of local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and fiscal documentation requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing SOX compliance and ensuring internal control effectiveness
