Descripción

• Serve as a business partner to senior leadership by providing in-depth financial analysis and leading performance-oriented discussions.
• Lead and develop the local finance team, ensuring training, growth, and adherence to best practices.
• Ensure proper implementation of internal controls and compliance with corporate financial policies.
• Oversee site financial planning, KPI management, reporting accuracy, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Partner with divisional analysts and the regional CFO to prepare executive reports and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze key financial processes, including cash flow, receivables, inventory, and variances.
• Coordinate financial activities with other reporting units and intercompany operations.
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information that supports executive-level decision making.

Perfil buscado

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s preferred).
• 10+ years of financial management experience in an international operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
