Hello from the Recruiting Team at Customer.io! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be the key partner ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates while supporting recruiters and hiring managers across multiple departments. From scheduling interviews and keeping communication flowing to making sure our processes run seamlessly, you’ll help us deliver an outstanding recruiting experience end to end. This role is a great fit for someone who has 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, loves juggling details, and thrives on building strong candidate and team interactions while also being confident using recruiting tools and keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll be part of a collaborative People & Talent team dedicated to efficiency, candidate experience, and continuous improvement. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on how we hire and grow while gaining valuable experience across both recruiting and operations.

Today over 7,400 internet businesses use Customer.io to manage, send, and track the performance of emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. Unlike typical marketing platforms, Customer.io helps businesses increase relevance by using behavioral data: what people do or don’t do when logged in to a web or mobile app.
We believe in transparency. We are offering a starting hourly rate of $34/hr depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. As a contractor, this role is not eligible for benefits.
