Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market organization and seeks a hands-on Recruiter to own live requisitions across SDR to Sales Manager and revenue operations roles. This 3-6 month contract role is remote within Mexico, with an immediate start preferred and collaboration with the GTM leadership across markets.

You will develop outbound sourcing, partner on market-based role calibration, and maintain clean pipeline data in Lever.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM functions.
• Fluent English is required; fluent Spanish and Portuguese are highly valued.
• Experience with sourcing strategies and competitive mapping.
• Hands-on with an applicant tracking system (Lever is a plus).
• Contract recruitment experience is preferred, with ability to start quickly.

Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market organization across the Americas and Europe, and we are adding contract recruiting capacity to support that growth. This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of live requisitions immediately and begin delivering pipeline from the first week.

You will work in close partnership with our GTM recruiter, who leads hiring across this function, and with sales leadership across multiple markets. Our processes, tooling and hiring panels are well established, so the focus of this engagement is on execution and throughput rather than on building new infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across open go-to-market requisitions, spanning SDR through Sales Manager roles, as well as revenue operations and partnerships positions.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies. The majority of our go-to-market talent is passive, and identifying and engaging those candidates is the core of this role.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration - market realities, compensation positioning, and where requirements may need to be adjusted to meet hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate and current pipeline data in Lever, ensuring hiring managers and leadership have clear visibility at all times.
• Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience throughout, with timely communication at every stage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantive go-to-market hiring across sales, SDR, revenue operations or partnerships roles.
• Fluent English is required. Our hiring managers and leadership team operate in English, and you will participate in those conversations daily.
• Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese is a significant advantage given the markets these roles cover.
• Based in Mexico.
• Demonstrated sourcing capability across Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks and competitive mapping.
• Prior contract or agency experience is preferred, particularly a track record of joining active searches and producing results quickly.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; experience with Lever is a plus.
• Practical fluency with AI tools in a recruiting context. Our workflows are built around them, and we expect the same approach from this role.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision following initial briefing and context-setting.

Engagement details
