The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and have 2-5 years experience in a similar role, focused on promoting Lean principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.

Job Summary

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes, developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements. Researches best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices that focus on safety, productivity, and cost reduction. Supports reengineering business processes through new information technologies. Training in Lean Six Sigma and specialization in areas such as process analysis, change management, and system requirements may be provided.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
