A manufacturing and engineering company in Monterrey is seeking a Continuous Improvement associate. The role involves analyzing business processes, leading workshops, and implementing improvements to enhance safety and productivity. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and experience in Continuous Improvement roles. Lean Manufacturing knowledge is essential, and Six Sigma certification is preferred. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role.
  • Ability to develop sustainable business process improvements.
  • Experience with training and facilitating CI workshops.

Responsabilidades

  • Foster and deliver training in CI workshops.
  • Program and coordinate CI workshops.
  • Lead CI projects focusing on financial benefits.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing training activities.

Job Summary:

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business process, developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost to determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May be trained in Lean Six Sigma and specialized in areas such as business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and deliver training in CI workshops.
  • Program and coordinate CI workshops.
  • Lead CI project with the responsibles of the finantial benefit.
  • Participate actively in the activities Lean Manufacturing trainings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • 2 - 5 years as Continuous Improvement position
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge
  • Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) preferent

Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León (NL, Monterrey North Plant)
