Position: Continuous Improvement Partner

Job type: Permanent CLT contract – full-time, hybrid (3x2)

Location: Santos (SP), Brazil

Our opportunity

We are looking for our new CI Partner to join our team.

In this position you will lead continuous improvement projects by supporting the Transportation Operations and Operational Management (Delivery TbM & MbM) teams in their performance, anchoring and facilitating project development prioritization, with the goal of boosting the operational performance of client areas.

Building relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, understanding their business drivers should be leveraged to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the customer and Maersk Group.

Main responsibilities:

  • Validate and implement global standards within local Transportation Operations and Operational Management activities, including change management during process and system updates, by delivering training to the involved teams;
  • Ensure the standardization of continuous improvement processes that enhance performance, involving internal and external clients as well as service providers;
  • Define metrics and goals in collaboration with Transportation Operations and Operational Management managers, and monitor the corresponding results to assess the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives implemented with clients (internal, external, and service providers);
  • Lead the identification and mapping of activities carried out across different internal client areas to uncover process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing results through time savings, cost reduction, and enhanced performance.
