A leading manufacturing company in Mexico is seeking a leader to manage continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee kaizen events, support strategic initiatives, and enhance organizational capabilities in lean methodologies. Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Engineering or Supply Chain and 2-5 years of relevant experience. The position requires strong skills in problem analysis and effective communication.

Formación

  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, processing, or continuous improvement.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Lean Manufacturing, RBS, or similar TPS methodologies preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Support Model Value Stream planning and development.
  • Manage and report on Kaizen activities portfolio.
  • Oversee kaizen events and ensure results.

Scope of Leadership Role

Supports efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsible for managing kaizen events and other improvement activities as directed by Site Staff, Policy Deployment, Model Value Stream, and Daily Management. Leads the development of the organization’s capabilities in RBS tools, focusing on building problem-solving skills. Manages key projects involving cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Model Value Stream planning and development (Vision and Challenges) and execute supporting A3s.
  2. Assist management in creating Policy Deployment, Bowlers, KPIs, and action plans.
  3. Manage and report on Kaizen activities portfolio.
  4. Oversee kaizen events, including planning, execution, and sustainment of results, with a focus on alignment with Policy Deployment and Daily Management.
  5. Provide ongoing expert support and guidance on RBS principles and tools.
  6. Act as a change agent to challenge and improve existing approaches and performance.
  7. Implement RBS principles/tools to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and reduce costs and inventory.
  8. Lead development of problem-solving capabilities within the organization and support leadership development programs.
  9. Conduct or coordinate RBS training to deepen understanding and capability.
  10. Maintain and enhance lean knowledge through continuous education.
  11. Manage key projects and programs for the business.
  12. Support other Regal Rexnord businesses and the Corporate RBS Team in developing and implementing RBS tools and processes.
