Job Description

1. Problem solving using methodologies such as: 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, DMAIC, 8D or related.
2. Follow-up to problem solving projects and delivery of results according to the established KPIs.
3. Lead problem solving projects from start to finish, provide updates and present the results to upper-management.
4. Collaborate with internal departments by leading projects, and contributing with other areas to find effective solutions to problems.

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in problem-solving roles/projects for production.
• 3+ years of experience in Shaining Red or Black Belt.
• Hands-on experience with 8D.
