Formación

Continuous Improvement Associate Manager (Monterrey)

The Continuous Improvement Associate Manager is creatively responsible for driving continuous improvement culture across Niagara Mexico by actively communicating and investigating for areas of improvements and the optimization of different processes.

Role Responsibilities and Scope

Continuous Improvement / TPM

  • Supports the CI Manager in activities, projects, and pillar implementation across three Mexico sites ensuring the desired outcomes from projects and ideas.
  • Leads key CAPEX or OPEX projects identified by the organization.
  • Delivers White Belt training across the organization, implementing lean tools and methodologies.
  • Monitors and controls KPIs such as savings, cost reduction, and completed projects.
  • Promotes best practice sharing across Mexico and the US.
  • Ensures proper documentation and task assignment for improvement ideas, following up CI activities and offering assistance when needed.
  • Leads CI calls with plant representatives and ensures action items are completed.
  • Generates and shares CI-related communications.

Process Management

  • Drives business process optimization across all areas.
  • Standardizes manufacturing and operational processes.
  • Works with and influences individuals without direct authority.

Learn and Grow with the Organization

  • Uses data-driven problem-solving tools like Six Sigma to improve processes, reduce variation, and optimize performance.
  • Implements visual controls for sustainable results, including process audits.
  • Identifies and leverages best practices across the organization.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar roles and Manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing people/projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar.
  • Travel availability (50% of the time will be traveling, on average once every 2 months).
  • Knowledge and proven experience working on the floor.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to commute to Niagara plant.
