About This Position
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Steering area, focusing on optimizing supply planning processes, material lifecycle management, and collaboration with key areas such as New Product Introduction (NPI), Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Material Planning. The role is also responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and supporting the improvement of the Service Level KPI for the Americas, ensuring visibility and corrective actions on major deviations.
What You´ll Do
- 1. Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current HUB Americas processes.
- Document existing processes and design improved workflows.
- Collaborate with Supply and Material Planning to optimize the planning.
- Change Management and Training:
- Facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Develop training materials and operational guides.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Service Level Monitoring:
- Be responsible for the monitoring of the Service Level KPI for the Americas.
- Analyze root causes and propose corrective action plans.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Digitization and Automation:
- Automate reports and processes using Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
- Coordinate solution implementation with IT.
- Performance and KPI Monitoring:
- Set up and maintain performance dashboards.
- Analyze process performance and propose improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Supply and Material Planning, NPI, Marketing, and Demand Planning.
- Act as a liaison between areas for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with HUB objectives.
What makes you a good fit
- Education:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Continuous Improvement.
- Leading automation or improvement projects.
- Experience in product lifecycle management is a plus.
- Tracking KPIs such as Service Level.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, SharePoint.
- Process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
Soft Skills:
- Cross-functional influence and change management.
- Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
- Analytical mindset and continuous improvement focus.
