Formación

A Content and UX (User Experience) Ecommerce Manager is responsible for ensuring that our online sales provide a seamless, engaging, and effective shopping experience.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and target audience.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content in all formats available in the platforms.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to drive organic traffic.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content publication.
  • Implement A/B tests to determine the most effective design and content strategies.
  • Use data analytics to optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback by using reviews to continuously improve the ecommerce platform.
  • Works closely with performance marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing and KAM´s to ensure a cohesive ecommerce strategy.

Your Profile

  • University Degree or comparable
  • High level of analytical skills & Procurement strategy experience
  • 3 years minimum with Digital customers experience Amazon /Mercado Libre / Walmart / Rappi and marketplaces
  • Soft skills like strategic thinking, driving results, collaboration
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Advanced English.
