LOCATION: Remote, any location within Americas region
ROLE PURPOSE
Client Dedicated Team is responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of game localization projects exclusively for this major Account. This Team has specific duties, and at the same time is part of the core organizational structure.
This role sits within the Client Dedicated Team, under the Communications department. The prime purpose of this role is to tackle all day-to-day content management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- The Content Trafficker operates in concert with Publishing and Localization.
- Will be tasked with a variety of English web content trafficking tasks, including building, reviewing, prioritizing, editing and publishing content nodes in several digital channels (game websites, game clients, game and esports YouTube channels, esports websites) for online games, as well as various content for other websites, promotions, etc. directed at the player community.

Qualifications
- Aptitude for technology and creativity
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Media, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or Web Design fields (other backgrounds will also be considered)
Essential Experience And Skill
- Above-average English writing skills
- Strong attention to detail, supporting accurate and reliable content QA execution
- Passionate about video games
- Proficiency in digital content management systems
- Solid knowledge of HTML, with the ability to build and adjust web pages
- Experienced in managing content across publishing and social platforms such as Hootsuite, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SoundCloud, and WordPress
- Ability to navigate complex workflows and meet tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills with the capacity to contribute effectively to project-related solutions
Desirable
- Familiarity with MOBA and TCG titles, as well as additional genres such as FPS, fighting and auto-battler
- Advanced web development knowledge (JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
- Previous professional experience with digital content management tools
- Understanding of Esports ecosystems, useful for QA of competitive gaming content
