• Optimize content for SEO and readability without compromising its authentic voice.
• Proactively flag and resolve any inconsistencies in messaging, structure, or tone.

Strategic Feedback & Collaboration

• Deliver constructive, inspiring feedback that empowers writers to grow and excel.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, strategists, designers, and developers to align every piece with our overarching strategy.
• Contribute to the creation of style guides, editorial checklists, and best practices that streamline our content production.

Content Optimization & Strategic Execution

• Identify opportunities for content improvement and drive enhancements based on performance insights.
• Ensure content is structured to drive engagement and conversions while remaining reader-centric.
• Oversee the auditing and updating of older content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Develop scalable editorial workflows that enhance efficiency and maintain quality.
