We are looking for a full-time content marketing professional who is both a strong writer and a certified HubSpot user, ready to take the lead on crafting and managing email campaigns, blogs, and social media content for our senior living and healthcare clients.

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid)
Must be legally authorized to work and currently residing in Mexico

What You’ll Be Doing

• Write and manage email campaigns from concept to launch, including associated landing pages and forms
• Create and schedule social media content in collaboration with design teams
• Develop keyword-driven blogs and long-form content pieces
• Collaborate closely with internal and client teams to meet project goals
• Review and edit content from peers, providing constructive feedback
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines with a calm, proactive approach

Performance Expectations

• Biannual performance reviews aligned with individual goals and team expectations
• Ongoing tracking of project outcomes and metrics
• Timely delivery and high-quality output across all assigned projects

Required Education and Experience

• Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media Marketing, or related field
• HubSpot certification with at least 1 year of experience managing HubSpot campaigns
• 1–3 years of content writing experience in a B2C setting; experience in senior living or healthcare preferred

Key Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to turn minimal input into compelling content
• Proven ability to build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of written communication
• Self-starter with strong project management and time management skills
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to streamline content creation
• Strategic and creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments
• Curious and resourceful — comfortable researching unfamiliar topics
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Wrike or Monday.com
• Professional communication style; confident engaging with clients and executives
• Preferred: copywriting experience in senior living or healthcare industries
