KOMMUNA Media is seeking a passionate Content Creator based in Monterrey, Mexico, who will craft compelling stories and multimedia content across various platforms. This role is key in enhancing brand visibility through engaging social media posts and video production.

You will develop and produce creative content, plan strategies aligning with objectives, and collaborate with teams for cohesive messaging. This full-time position offers 90% remote work with a flexible schedule.

Work format: Full-Time (90% Remote + 10% On-Site Work)

As a Content Creator at KOMMUNA MEDIA, you will be at the heart of crafting compelling stories and multimedia content that connect with audiences across various platforms. From social media posts to video production, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the brand’s visibility and engagement. This is a dynamic and creative role for someone passionate about storytelling and driven by innovation in digital content.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy for social media and marketing campaigns.

Plan and execute content strategies that align with campaign objectives and brand tone.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Monitor content performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize results.

Experiment with new formats and styles to keep content fresh and relevant.

Stay up to date on trends, tools, and techniques to enhance content creation efforts.

Required Skills

Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)

Proficiency in videography hardware like professional cameras, audio equipment, gymbals, etc

Strong creative and storytelling skills, both visually and in writing.

Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects.

Basic understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement.

Flexibility to adapt content to different platforms and target audiences.

Experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques.
