The Opportunity
Consumer-centricity has never been more critical to PepsiCo. The S&T consumer Insights team for Canada is essential for integrating and scaling up Consumer Insights capabilities into the BU, including Creative testing, Brand Health Tracking, and Innovation testing.
This role acts as an enabler and expert to the CANADA BU, delivering on CI Capabilities of Creative/Innovation testing and Brand health tracking. The role also involves writing Ada/BBE analyses and reports.
Your Impact
As a Consumer Insights Sr Analyst, your responsibilities include:
Streamlining project operations by managing workflows and collaborating with stakeholders and external partners like Zappi.
Enhancing report quality through storytelling and analytical practices, providing strategic feedback to brand teams.
Serving as a subject matter expert on creative testing tools (ADA), guiding research methodology and analytics.
Supporting insight communication by delivering compelling presentations and building credibility with stakeholders.
Conducting meta-analyses of past research to uncover trends and inform future strategies.
Assisting in the deployment and governance of creative testing tools across Canada, ensuring high standards.
Managing end-to-end brand health studies for key brands, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
Building organizational capability through training and promoting consistent methodologies.
Integrating brand health insights into strategic initiatives like PepsiCo’s Growth Navigator.
