You will be responsible for understanding the unique requirements of financial roles, from compliance and risk management to investment banking and client relations, and sourcing qualified candidates accordingly. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for clients in the financial services industry. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and assess technical and soft skills. Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates on recruitment status.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on the Financial Services sector. Proven success in recruiting for specialized roles within finance, such as risk, compliance, accounting, and investment. Understanding of the financial services job market, particularly in regions like Mérida, Yucatán, MX . Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment technologies. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in an office setting. High level of professionalism and integrity.
