You will partner with clients to refine employer branding and recruitment processes, implement candidate engagement improvements, and map workflows to boost efficiency.

A minimum of 2 years in recruitment or HR is required; strong communication and familiarity with ATS/CRM

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, focusing on candidate experience or process improvement.
• Demonstrated understanding of recruitment workflows and best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimization is valued.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model within Zapopan area.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Map and analyze current recruitment processes, identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency.
• Develop communication protocols and materials to ensure consistent and positive candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique employer value proposition and branding.
• Advise clients on best practices for interview scheduling, feedback delivery, and onboarding.
• Monitor candidate feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.
• Work with recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of improved processes.
• Contribute to the development of resources and training materials related to candidate experience.
