WhatJobs Direct is seeking a dedicated Consultor de Relaciones con Candidatos (Remote) to nurture relationships with potential candidates and guide them through the recruitment process. You will engage with a talent pool, communicate opportunities, and represent the firm with professionalism in a fully remote setup across Mexico.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent communication, a proactive approach to candidate engagement, and experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in recruitment coordination or related client-facing role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient with CRM systems and recruitment tools for candidate management
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proactive relationship-building and candidate engagement
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related field
• Authorized to work in Mexico and have a reliable remote setup
