Ramboll is seeking a Consultant, Due Diligence to join its Environment & Health team in Monterrey or Mexico City office. You will evaluate regulatory compliance risks, contamination and other environmental, health and safety issues for industrial and commercial properties.

Your key responsibilities include performing Phase I and Phase II ESAs, providing support for site investigations, remediation, data analysis, and ensuring compliance across projects. Travel about 40% within Mexico is required.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering or Sciences, Sustainability, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or other related field with related consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of related EHS experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish; a valid driver's license and passport required.

Responsabilidades

  • Perform environmental due diligence reviews for multi-site portfolios supporting attorneys, lenders, developers, and industrial clients.
  • Manage environmental compliance reviews and prepare federal and state permit applications, including required technical documentation for air, wastewater, hazardous waste, and land use requirements.
  • Support projects aligned with international sustainability standards and travel approximately 40% of the time, primarily within Mexico.

Your new role

About You

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering or Sciences, Sustainability, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or other related Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology field with related consulting experience. Masters’ degree in related field is a plus and
  • 3+ years of related EHS experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. A valid driver's license and passport required.
