Ramboll is seeking a Consultant, Due Diligence to join our Environment & Health team in Monterrey or Mexico City. You will evaluate regulatory compliance risks, contamination, and EH&S issues for industrial and commercial properties.

The role requires 3+ years in EHS, a bilingual English/Spanish background, and willingness to travel up to 40%, mostly within Mexico.Join Ramboll's global firm focused on sustainable change.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field with consulting experience
• 3+ years of related EHS experience
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish; valid driver's license and passport

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for industrial and commercial properties.
• Provide environmental consulting support for site investigations, characterization, remediation, data analysis, ecological assessments, and remedial strategy implementation.
• Perform environmental due diligence reviews for multi-site portfolios supporting attorneys, lenders, developers, and industrial clients.
• Manage environmental compliance reviews and prepare federal and state permit applications including documentation for air, wastewater, hazardous waste, and land use requirements.
• Travel approximately 40% of the time, primarily within Mexico.

Your new role

Ramboll is seeking a highly motivated Consultant, Due Diligence to join the firm! We invite you to bring your strong analytical abilities into play as you evaluate regulatory compliance risks, contamination and other environmental, health and safety issues.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for industrial and commercial properties.
• Provide environmental consulting support for site investigations, characterization, remediation, data analysis, ecological assessments, and remedial strategy implementation.
• Perform environmental due diligence reviews for multi-site portfolios supporting attorneys, lenders, developers, and industrial clients.
• Manage environmental compliance reviews and prepare federal and state permit applications, including required technical documentation for air, wastewater, hazardous waste, and land use requirements.
• Support projects aligned with international sustainability standards and travel approximately 40% of the time, primarily within Mexico.

Qualifications

About You

• Bachelor'sdegree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering or Sciences, Sustainability, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or other related Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology field with related consulting experience. Masters’ degree in related field is a plus and
• 3+ years of related EHS experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. A valid driver's license and passport required.
