GWP (Global Workplace Projects) is a global department managing end-to-end construction processes, enabling capacity growth within the LEGO Group. The main area of focus covers production site expansion and major building modifications across several locations worldwide. Construction Safety Managers play a critical role in our construction projects. They are responsible for advising and guiding our project teams so they can deliver projects safely, in line with local safety regulations and LEGO standards.
