Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is seeking a Construction Safety Supervisor (Special Shift) on a 6-month fixed-term assignment to lead safety on construction projects and ensure alignment with EHS standards.

The role requires 4-6 years of site construction safety experience, a related engineering degree, and bilingual English/Spanish; responsibilities include safety plans, contractor oversight, and incident prevention.

Formación

• Minimum required University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent and related work experience at Construction projects / construction Safety.
• 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Engineering qualifications, with additional safety training or a Safety qualification level
• Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred or 85%

Responsabilidades

• Make General Construction Safety Plan project-specific.
• Ensures that Contractors are implementing J&J and Contractors Construction Safety Plan.
• Monitors leading and lagging indicators and elevate them.
• Assures the Contractors safety performance.
• Monitors and agrees corrective actions with Contractors.
• Ensure that corrective action is taken, where appropriate.
• Identify and implements safety initiatives.
• Discuss project impacts with Project Manager and Safety DRI.
