Taproot Construction is seeking motivated individuals for skilled and unskilled labor in Jalisco, Mexico. You will follow safety policies, work under the foreman, and contribute to a range of construction tasks on site.

Experience is welcome but not required; candidates must be able to travel to projects, lift up to 50–95 lbs, and maintain a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, sick time, holidays and a company match 401K.

Formación

• Experience is an asset but not required; those with past experience in the construction industry will be evaluated based on experience.
• Must be willing to travel to projects and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to properly lift up to 50lbs and occasionally 95lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, overtime and weekends.
