The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Dutch and English, and a degree in Construction or Engineering. Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to maintain an overview of the construction site.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage the work on the construction site.

• Track schedules and manage additional/reduced work.
• Act as the link between the construction site and project team.
• Update project team on costs and project developments.
