Job summary

Stellantis Connected Vehicle Team seeks a CSFD Performance Feature Specialist/designer Engineer to drive VoC development for Connected Services, Vehicle Access, Start and Security, and to set customer functional objectives. The role focuses on feature test planning, lifecycle understanding, and fast-paced delivery within the automotive domain.

The candidate will own test plans, support issue resolution, conduct benchmarking, and collaborate with technical leads to ensure domain success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive industry.
• Strong desire to understand customer wants and vehicle development program.
• Understanding of operational architecture, defining use cases, vehicle and software life cycle.
• Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment with minimum assistance.
• Experience/knowledge with vehicle connectivity design and/or testing.
