Marathon Health Inc. in Mexicali seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to support a concierge physician and provide care for corporate clients. This role offers front and back-office duties, patient assessments, injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, and coordination of referrals to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

The LPN collaborates with physicians to maintain clinic workflows, ensure patient satisfaction, and deliver exceptional care in a corporate primary care setting.

Formación

• High school diploma and formal LPN training
• 2+ years experience as LPN preferred
• Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the state of application
• Must be able to give injections, complete EKGs, and perform office-based procedures
• Exceptional phlebotomy skills required

Responsabilidades

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions
• Interview patients and report findings to physician
• Record assessments into EMR
• Perform venipuncture and basic lab tests; coordinate with contracted labs
• Assist with medical procedures and use diagnostic/therapeutic equipment
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and patient flow; coordinate referrals and messages
