Freudenberg seeks a student intern to assist in internal communications, design, and event coordination at our Querétaro site. You will craft content for newsletters and digital channels, design visuals for posters and presentations, and help organize employee engagement activities and corporate events.

You will also capture photos/videos at events, support surveys, and maintain records while providing admin support for comms and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in communication-related fields such as Communication Sciences, Organizational Communication, Marketing or Graphic Design.

Responsabilités

• Design posters, flyers, presentations, infographics, and digital content.
• Support maintenance of intranet content, digital displays, and internal channels.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and corporate events.
• Create content for internal platforms and corporate social media as needed.

• Support employee surveys and report basic metrics.
• Maintain communication records, databases, and documentation.

• Support visitors with reservations.

• Support the maintenance and updating of communication boards, digital displays, intranet content, and internal communication channels.

• Capture and edit photographs and videos during company events and activities.

• Monitor communication campaign performance and prepare basic reports and metrics.
• Maintain communication records, databases, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for communication and HR-related projects.
• Support our visitor with reservations.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Communication Sciences Organizational Communication Marketing Public Relations Graphic Design Or a related field
