Descripción del empleo

NextGen Ventures is a global B2C iGaming holding company building, acquiring, and scaling innovative gaming and entertainment brands across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Through a combination of cutting-edge technology, strategic partnerships, and localized market expertise, we create scalable gaming brands built for long-term growth. At NextGen Ventures, we combine entertainment, technology, and data-driven operations to deliver engaging user experiences across regulated and emerging markets worldwide. Our mission is to redefine the future of online gaming through innovation, global expansion, and premium digital entertainment.

As a Compliance Operations Associate at NextGen Ventures, you'll monitor identity verification, payment activity, and unusual winning patterns to detect and prevent fraud across our platform. Working in KYC tools like Surt and risk platforms like SEON, you'll flag suspicious behavior, investigate potentially fraudulent accounts, and help protect the integrity of our payment ecosystem.

Because fraud doesn't keep business hours, this role works on a rotating shift schedule that includes evenings and weekends. It's a hands-on entry point into compliance — you'll learn the tools, the regulations, and the patterns on the job, and you'll be trusted with real decisions early.

This role is critical to protecting our users and upholding the security and trust of our platform.

This is an onsite role based in our Monterrey, Mexico office.
