Alcon invites an Associate Complaints to join the Quality & Regulatory Affairs team in Mexico City on a hybrid schedule. You will process, investigate, and monitor product complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field, with up to 6 months of related experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong analytical and communication skills for cross‑functional work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, pharmacy, or healthcare-related field.
• Up to 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Technovigilance, or Complaint Handling are desirable.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process, investigate, and monitor product defect complaints.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Medical Safety and R&D on adverse events and CAPA.
• Adhere to GxP regulations and ISO requirements.
