Placements24 is seeking a proactive Community Manager for a crypto startup based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua MX. You will be the voice of the community, engaging users across Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter, addressing inquiries, feedback and support with a user-centric approach.

You will craft engaging content, organize AMAs, and report sentiment to the team, shaping perception and driving adoption while maintaining a positive online environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in tech or crypto.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in Spanish.
• Deep passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
• Experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter.
• Ability to craft engaging content.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably within the tech or crypto space.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Deep understanding of and passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Experience managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter.
• Ability to craft engaging and informative content.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse community members.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with community management tools is a plus.
