Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of in-person events and activities.
  • Manage inventory and place orders as approved by the Community Manager.
  • Collaborate and assist admin teams in other countries virtually.
  • Perform logistical tasks for teammates in Mexico (e.g., purchase birthday breakfasts, anniversary gifts, specialty apparel, and coordinate delivery).
  • Source and coordinate orders with local vendors, ensuring item quality and consistency across countries.
  • Assist with community budgeting, including collecting receipts, organizing spending, and staying within event budgets.
  • Generate and pitch creative ideas for community activities.
  • Manage calendars for team events and activities.
  • Oversee the gifting process for the Howdy Store, ensuring accurate tracking, timely deliveries, and cost updates while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Support and assist with external events to ensure smooth coordination and execution when needed.
Main skills and qualifications
  • 1+ years of proven experience as an office manager, community admin, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Creativity and innovation are a must for the position.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in planning and promoting events, either personally or professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Meet – bonus points for Data Studio) and StreamYard.
  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).
  • Bonus points if you enjoy capturing high-quality photo and video content for social media.
  • This is an on-site position for candidates based in Mexico City.
