Your Role: As a vital member of our Communications team, you will be instrumental in crafting and delivering compelling narratives that reflect the company’s mission, values, and focus areas within the healthcare and therapeutic landscape. Your work will directly contribute to shaping public perception, enhancing brand reputation, and building trust with external audiences through strategic, consistent, and impactful communication efforts. By aligning storytelling with our business objectives, you will help foster understanding of our purpose and drive deeper engagement with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for media relations, managing interactions with journalists and media outlets to ensure accurate and favorable coverage. You will also lead the collaboration with our external public relations agency, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively and are aligned with the company’s overall messaging strategy. A critical aspect of your responsibilities includes coordinating and tracking the progress of various external communication projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
Additionally, you will oversee the performance of digital communication agencies, fostering strong, results-oriented partnerships that drive visibility and engagement across online channels. You will also be responsible for designing, developing, and executing external communications strategies and campaigns that support business goals, resonate with target audiences, and elevate the company’s presence in the market. This role requires a creative yet strategic mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for clear, authentic communication that inspires and informs.
