Flex Ltd in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Commodity Manager for Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing for facilities, IT, professional services and HR services. This role reports to the Commodity Manager Indirect and focuses on building supplier relationships and scalable cost-saving strategies across sites in the region.

The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent, strong English, and proven experience in indirect procurement, negotiations, and managing service agreements.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary## To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Commodity** **Manager, Indirect Procurement** such as Facilities, IT, Professional Services, HR Services etc.Located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.**## ## Reporting to the **Commodity** **Manager Indirect,** this role is Responsible for building internal relationships and developing indirect material sourcing and supply base strategies, participating in developing processes to effectively control spending in the Indirect Procurement commodities and scale to support anticipated growth along with the corporation.## ## To standardize indirect commodities, development and management of supply chain relationships, and drive further site cost reductions across the Axiom portfolio through Supply Chain consolidation and development of cost savings strategies, specifically working with the sites across US.**What a typical day looks like:*** Responsible for supporting indirect material sourcing and supply base management strategies and policies.
