Job summary

Flex is seeking a Buyer Direct in Guadalajara, North Campus, to secure supply based on MRP and company strategy while maintaining optimum inventory levels.

You will confer with vendors, make tactical buying decisions, interface with suppliers and customers to secure delivery and market price, determine procurement methods, and manage orders per requisitions and MRP output. English proficiency is required. This role requires BA/BS or equivalent and experience in metals and plastics industries.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Buyer Direct in metals & plastics industries.
• Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers.
• English advanced (spoken and written).
• CTB and procurement knowledge.
• Management of MS Office.
• Experience in billing.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct, this role involves responsible to secure supply based on MRP and company strategy for maintaining optimum inventory levels. PPV, expedite and other reasonable commercial efforts to execute MRP.
