Oferta confidencial in Mexicali is seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing and Procurement Leader to shape supplier strategy and drive cost reductions.

You will lead cross‑functional teams in strategic sourcing, risk management, supplier performance, and NPI alignment to ensure supply continuity in a manufacturing setting.

Fluency in English, a background in APICS/ISM, and proficiency with MS Project are highly valued as you manage supplier relationships, cost modeling, and project governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• English 80% MANDATORY
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Management (certification is a plus).
• Certification in APICS and/or ISM is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain or related field.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 10+ years in sourcing, commodity, or supplier management
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in the sourcing or supply chain department.
• Experience in manufacturing environment (electronics or industrial preferred)
• APICS, ISM, or Lean certification preferred
• Proven experience in sourcing processes and projects.
