Garrett Advancing Motion is seeking a Commodity Buyer for Wheels to strengthen supplier management and procurement strategy. The role focuses on supplier scouting, building a global supplier panel, and leading integration of new suppliers across regions.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and solid project management and market-analysis capabilities, with proficient English communication.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Supplier scouting and adding new technology suppliers to the panel.
• Build supplier panel for worldwide/regional operational needs.
• Lead new supplier integration process: supplier prospecting, assessments, and development.
• Meet Annual Operating Plan objectives for the sub-commodity.
• Develop and consolidate productivity action plans for the sub-commodity.
• Support new product launches by coordinating with the NPI team.
• Generate and consolidate ideas for global projects from suppliers.

We have an exciting new opening for a Commodity Buyer - Wheels. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop next generation products and technologies.

We are currently looking for a Commodity Buyer with good communication and negotiation skills to help us with the suppliers management and procurement strategy improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supplier scouting & adding in the panel for new technology for new growth vertical.
• Build Supplier Panel for the Worldwide / Regions operational requirements.
• Lead new supplier integration process in the Panel: perform supplier prospection, supplier assessments (CSA), supplier development as per sub commodity strategy.
• Meet Annual Operating Plan's objectives on sub commodity.
• Build and consolidate productivity action plans for sub commodity.
• Support new product launches in coordinating with New Product Introduction team.
• Generate and consolidate ideas for global projects, collect ideas from suppliers.
