Una empresa automotriz internacional busca un Commodity Buyer para gestionar compras en Apaseo el Grande. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en negociación, preferiblemente en plásticos, y dominio del inglés. Las responsabilidades incluyen identificar necesidades de compra, implementar estrategias, y evaluar proveedores. Formación

• Experiencia en negociación de contratos y términos.
• Habilidad para desarrollar relaciones sólidas con proveedores.
• Capacidad de adaptación y actualización a tendencias del mercado.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar necesidades de compra y gestionar el gasto del portafolio.
• Crear e implementar estrategias de compra para commodities.
• Evaluar y seleccionar proveedores en términos de calidad y costo.

YOUR TASKS

Commodity Buyer Responsibilities

Identifying purchasing needs and managing commodity-based portfolio spend activities.

Creating and implementing purchasing strategies for commodities.

Evaluating and selecting suppliers in terms of quality, cost, service and capacity.

Negotiating contracts and terms with selected suppliers.

Supporting cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensuring supply chain efficiency by monitoring delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

Managing supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Preparing detailed reports on procurement and purchasing activities.

Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, addressing conflicts and discrepancies.

Keeping up-to-date with trends in the commodities market and relevant regulations

Your Qualifications

• Series negotiation
• Experience in plastics (Essential)
• Price planning
• Supplier development and quality
• Invoicing
• Excel
• Negotiations with suppliers
• Management of direct and indirect purchases
• Experience in SAP
• Advanced English (non-negotiable)
• Participate in the transfer of responsibility from Strategic Purchasing to Operational Purchasing
• Implement purchasing strategies and material groups
