Overview

As a Commodity Buyer, you will work within the Procurement team. Develop and maintain global and regional supplier and internal relationships. Recommend sourcing improvements driving cost and inventory reductions while maintaining supplier quality and managing risk. Assist in the resolution of supply and quality challenges, while maintaining plant production. Analyze the global supplier requirements for the assigned commodities. Generate and leadership of the all different commodities according the market and buying processes to be updated as required. Handle and manage projects presentations for all multiple meetings to get the success results and implementations. Identify and evaluate reliable commodity suppliers, under best quality and costs.

Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or overall equivalent is required.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Bilingual, effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use sound interpersonal skills when interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
• Able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
• Computer literacy to be able to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
• Basic research and presentation skills.
