Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the institutional control dashboard and communicate findings across departments.
  • Support bid preparation and document best practices with the institute.
  • Validate and update documentation for bids, contracts, and delivery processes.
  • Confirm and update delivery points identified by AI agents.
  • Review and upload validated contracts and required bonds into SAP.
  • Analyze and appeal sanctions based on delivery data and coordinate with logistics.
  • Communicate provisions for sanctions, discounts, and free goods per contract terms.

Essential Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations or bidding processes within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage documentation and track sanctions effectively.
  • Experience supporting operational processes in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with government platforms such as COMPRASMX and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in document validation and digital upload procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
