Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the institutional control dashboard and communicate findings across departments.
- Support bid preparation and document best practices with the institute.
- Validate and update documentation for bids, contracts, and delivery processes.
- Confirm and update delivery points identified by AI agents.
- Review and upload validated contracts and required bonds into SAP.
- Analyze and appeal sanctions based on delivery data and coordinate with logistics.
- Communicate provisions for sanctions, discounts, and free goods per contract terms.
Essential Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations or bidding processes within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven ability to manage documentation and track sanctions effectively.
- Experience supporting operational processes in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with government platforms such as COMPRASMX and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in document validation and digital upload procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
