A Snapshot of the day

Co-overseeing a multi-year factory ramp-up project with multiple workstreams in close alignment and collaboration with the Project Manager. The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models for investment and expansion projects, as well as monitoring capital expenditures (CAPEX), operational expenditure (OPEX), cash flow, and business profitability. This position provides critical support for strategic decision-making through scenario analysis, risk evaluation, and the generation of high-impact financial reports.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Design, update, and maintain financial models to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of investment projects.
  • Monitor and control CAPEX and OPEX to ensure budget compliance.
  • Analyze cash flow and assess liquidity impact on projects or overall business.
  • Define and regularly update key variables and financial assumptions for scenario planning.
  • Adapt strategies to evolving project conditions and ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare financial reports and executive summaries for general management and committees.
  • Track the financial progress of all workstreams, addressing challenges proactively to avoid delays.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and generate progress reports for stakeholders in close collaboration with the Project Manager


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance project management, financial analysis, project evaluation, or business controlling roles.
  • Proven ability to financially manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Preferably with experience in industrial, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Solid knowledge of financial indicators: NPV, IRR, EBITDA, Payback, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau – preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced English, capable of understanding technical documents, writing reports, doing presentations and participating in meetings.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
  • Team players with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and effective time management.
