Role

Commercial Analyst & Order to Cash specialist – excellent communication skills, charisma, high attention to detail to handle the process, customer service, and order tracking. The main objective is to ensure supply chains have what they need to continue operational flow while providing concise information, clarifying doubts, and resolving issues in the order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: administration and supervision of all processes involved in the life cycle of an order, from creation to collection.
• Credit & Collect: manage credit transactions.
• Purchase Order Flow: handle purchase orders from entry to invoicing & delivery.
• Delivery Appointment Control: supervise client deliveries to fulfill schedules.
• Invoicing and Billing: issue correct invoices whether paid or pending.
• Data Management: analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• Multilingual Communicator: fluent in English and Spanish.
