What will you do?
Objectives
- Drive commercial growth in the Central-South region by expanding the pipeline, accelerating project closures, and strengthening partner relationships.
- Position Schneider Electric’s value-added solutions effectively in the electrical market.
- Develop and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional commercial strategy execution, ensuring alignment with national objectives.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring healthy conversion rates and forecast accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including public and private sector projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and execution teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting the electrical sector.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of performance, agility, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and ethical standards.
Functions

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Technical Requirements
- Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management methodologies.
- Solid understanding of the Mexican electrical market, including regulatory frameworks and key players.
- Ability to articulate and position technical value propositions in Power Systems and Products.
- Familiarity with commercial models, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate studies (preferred)
