Job Description

Under the supervision of the department manager, you will identify and allocate all payments, ensuring that all cash is posted and distributed accurately and within the required time frames, in compliance with internal controls and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain books of accounts
2. Prepare monthly cash forecasts
3. Ensure timely statutory filings
4. Coordinate audit requests
5. Ensure timely book closure
6. Drive accuracy in financial processes
7. Coordinate statutory reporting
8. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and collections
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP and Excel
• Problem-solving and solution delivery skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to act with urgency
