Who You Are

You thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment and are passionate about delivering meaningful work that truly makes an impact. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, generate internal invoices, set up payment arrangements, and use your customer service, communication, and negotiation skills to resolve late payments. You'll manage past-due accounts and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience.

What You’ll Do Here
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and written correspondence
  • Resolve outstanding payment issues by negotiating and arranging payment plans
  • Accurately generate, manage, and track internal invoices
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and payment statuses
  • Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience through exceptional service
  • Utilize tools like Google Sheets and online research tools to track and resolve issues
  • Navigate difficult conversations with composure and professionalism
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in collections (preferred)
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
  • Excellent English speaking and written communication skills
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • A calm, empathetic, yet firm approach to customer engagement, especially in challenging situations
