Flex is seeking a Collections Analyst in Guadalajara, North, to minimize financial risk by negotiating overdue payments and guiding recovery efforts. The role reports to the Collections Manager and supports invoicing, cash application, and customer maintenance while maintaining strong client relations.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in admin-finance or equivalent experience, conversational English, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in administrative-finance area preferred.
• Conversational English with good speaking ability required.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Customer service skills essential.
• Forecast analysis and cash application experience preferred.
• Invoicing experience required.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Collections Manager, the Collections Analyst role involves minimizing financial risk to the organization by negotiating and advising on collection of overdue bills and taking appropriate actions to recover overdue payments.

• Resolve disputes in a manner that protects the organization’s financial interests and maintains positive customer relations.
