Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our Guadalajara North & South Site, Mexico. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on sourcing, pricing and cost-management activities across local, regional and global scopes.

Ideal candidates bring advanced English, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong Excel skills for data-driven decision making. This on-site role offers growth within a diverse, inclusive team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English is required for communication with teams and suppliers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations.
• Presents materials value-add to customers or suppliers and influences usage of Flex preferred suppliers.
• Interfaces with customers or suppliers on new project start-ups for cost of ownership issues.
• Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.
• Manages component cost/price on local, regional and global bases.
• Tracks materials financial performance and initiates corrective actions as needed.
• Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies.
• Coordinates sourcing strategies with Supply Management and Customers.
• Develops and implements cost take-down strategies.
• Increase Vendor Managed Inventory, Reduced Lead Time and EDI penetration.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations.


• Presents materials value-add to customers or suppliers, and influence customers to use Flex preferred suppliers.
