Job summary

Nissan Mexicana is seeking a Collection Representative to join our team in Aguascalientes. You will negotiate resolutions for delinquent accounts and provide customer service per our core values, supporting profitable growth.

In this role you’ll stay available for inbound/outbound calls, research disputes, and apply standard delinquency targets while using all available tools to improve outcomes. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and customer.
• Researches and finds a solution for customer´s disputes, questions and concerns related to the account status.
• Maintains standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, thereby achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors.
• Must be able to utilize all tools available and creatively investigate all possible leads. Analyzes delinquent accounts for appropriate action and make recommendations to Sr. Car or Supervisor.

We are currently looking for a Collection Representative to join our team in Aguascalientes.

We are currently seeking a Collection Representative to join our team.

In this role you will be negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due. Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

A Day in the Life:

• Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and customer.

Schedule:

Availability to work 48 hrs per week *Schedules could fall within the time frame (7:00 am until 8:00 pm) during Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.

Depending on Department requirements, a 6 day or 5 schedules will be assigned for at least 6 months.

Desired: Bachelor´s degree.
